How we do payroll

  • We provide payroll administration both as part of an all-inclusive assignment and as a stand-alone payroll assignment. It does not matter how many employees you have on payroll, you can count on us !
  • Our payroll software is also cloud-based and has an English layout, select contact persons of our clients may have access to it.
  • Your employees can access the time reporting module free of charge, where they can register any payroll deviations ( holidays, sickness, leaves, overtime etc ). Our payroll contact person will need to approve the time reporting online before we prepare the payslips.
  • Payslips are also approved online before they are sent to the employees digitally, they can be accessed through a digital app making the whole process fully GDPR compliant. In this digital app your employees may see all historical payslips as well.
  • PAYE reporting is done online, and we explain to you how and when to pay the payroll taxes.

Payroll consultancy

Payroll consultancy is a natural part of payroll management, especially if our payroll clients are foreign
entrepreneurs who have little experience with Swedish payroll and taxes. Our mission is to explain the inherent logic of Swedish payroll and the most important rules so that they feel comfortable in this process. We advise on holiday rules, mileage and per diem rules, how parental leave works, how sickness deductions work, and many other similar issues.
