Nordic Accounts is an accounting firm in Stockholm: we are young professionals active in the field of accountancy, tax law and a variety of related areas. Due to our multicultural background we have a solid understanding of the problems and needs of foreign entrepreneurs based in Sweden, our primary focus is to provide them with high level consulting services in a wide range of areas. We are friendly and down to earth, we explain to you the grounds of Swedish taxation and accounting as well as counselling you in more delicate matters involving international aspects. OBLIGATORY AUDIT over

As of the 1st November 2010 the obligatory audit has been abolished for smaller joint - stock companies. As a consequence of this 250 000 Swedish companies may choose to take advantage of the new rules.

The amendment concerns private joint - stock companies and takes affect first in relation to business years beginning after the 1st of November 2010. Those companies qualify that in the course of the past two years permanently do not exceed more than two of the following value limits:

- 3 million SEK net turnover

- 1,5 million SEK balance sheet total

- 3 employees

Smaller joint stock companies may therefore decide themselves if they retain their auditors or choose a competent accountant instead. Please contact us for advice on the details
